Our Service Contracts:
Protect Your Investment!

We currently offer our clients a yearly, maintenance program that includes:

Spring Startup service

Fall Winterizing service

System checkup (spring and fall)

Minor troubleshooting and repairs

Our comprehensive service includes setting your controller, checking your sprinkler heads alignment, clearing clogged nozzles, and repairing any damaged components still under warranty.

What does the maintenance contract include?

Each year we service the system twice-once in the Spring to get the system on line and make repairs, and once in the Fall to winterize. At both visits, we troubleshoot the system and keep records of problems we find. All repairs are made in spring. We include up to 1 man hour of labor each spring as part of this service price. It is usually enough to keep most systems like new without further expense.

Does this mean I won't pay any other money all year?

This contract does not cover extra service calls throughout the season, unless the damage is covered under your warranty. The only 'no charge' service calls throughout the season are those due to manufacturer defects while under the normal warranty of one year from date of installation. Parts are warranted for three years.

What is the yearly service rate?

The charge for this yearly maintenance contract is very reasonable and based on the number of sprinklers to be serviced and the type of system:
Class A systems of 25 sprinklers or less are $125 yearly, with an additional $2.00 charge per sprinkler over 25.
Class B systems of 25 sprinklers or less are $145 per year, with an additional $2.00 charge per sprinkler over 25.
The billing for this contract is normally sent out by the middle of August each year for the upcoming fall and spring seasons, and the cost for your particular system's maintenance contract will be sent to you at that time.

Can I do my own service and save some money?

YES!! You can do your own service! We encourage our customers who can handle the job to do it. In our experience, however, many homeowners decline the service the first year, only to call the next year for a service plan. Please note that all warrantees are voided if not serviced from day one by Factor Irrigation. Just be sure you can do it, before you decline service.
